Refund Policy


Membership Fee Structure:

  • Annual Membership Fee for Retail Florists: Rs 2400
  • Annual Membership Fee for Wholesalers, Suppliers, or Growers: Rs 8000

Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable:

  • The Annual Membership Fee is non-refundable. Once payment is made, it cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
  • Membership is non-transferable. The benefits and privileges associated with the membership are exclusively for the registered member and cannot be transferred to another individual or entity.

Cancellation:

  • Once the Annual Membership Fee is processed, cancellation requests will not be entertained, and no refunds will be issued.

Renewal:

  • Membership is on an annual basis and needs to be renewed at the end of each membership term. The renewal fee is subject to change and will be communicated to members in advance.

Exceptions:

  • In exceptional cases, where a payment discrepancy or technical issue arises, IFA may, at its sole discretion, review and consider refund requests. Any such requests must be submitted in writing within 15 days of the transaction date.
